Having problems with your iPod, iPad or iPhone?

Crashing

Crashing is due to the software being overworked by running a lot of applications or by a simple malfunction. Solutions that Apple will suggest include asking you to reset your device back to default or updating it to the latest software.

You can do this by plugging your iPad, iPod or iPhone into your PC or Mac and going into iTunes, clicking on your device and you will see two buttons, one to update and one to restore to default. Please be aware if you reset your iPod, iPhone or iPad to default it will erase all your data so back up before you do. It should warn you anyway.
