Trading Standards Officers have seized 29 bottles of counterfeit alcohol from four different locations in Denham, High Wycombe and Buckingham.
Bootleg alcohol is likely to contain methanol, commonly a solvent used to remove substances like paint and adhesives. Methanol is poisonous, and consumption can lead to severe stomach upset, breathing difficulties, comas and potentially death.
