Can’t Connect to the internet?
To save you some time on the phone here are a list of things your Internet Service Provider will ask you:
- Can you see any lights on the router?
- Have you restarted your router?
- Do you have an ADSL filter on every telephone plugged in (even on your sky or fax machine)?
- Can you connect using an ethernet cable if your using wireless?
