I have an Apple Power Mac G4 & am thinking of replacing the internal hard drive for something larger as with photos & downloads, the 78GB on the existing drive is creaking.

The largest drive to fit would be a 250 IDE Drive at £50 ex VAT + 60 ex VAT fitting and hard drive cloning.
 
Or we could get a SATA Card @ £72 Ex VAT + 1TB Hard drive 60 Ex VAT + 60 ex VAT fitting and hard drive cloning.
