Quoted – Apple Mac G4 Upgrade Backup & Re-Install

Hi Nexus, Just wanted to find out how much it’d cost me to get OS X Snow Leopard installed on a
powerbook G4? Is it even possible to install it on that machine?

The old OS is pretty messed up and there is lots of lost disk space on it.

Hi there, unfortunately you need to be running an intel mac to install Snow Leopard.

We could always backup your mac and then install a fresh copy of Leopard and then run data migration? This would cost £90+ VAT and would take a day.
