After switching PC cases my computer won’t turn on

I recently switched PC cases and now I can’t get the computer to turn on. I connected the front panel connectors according to a diagram i found online. When I press the on button the CPU and case fan spin for about half a second before stopping. Can you help me?

Sounds like the power supply is faulty, wired wrong or the machine isn’t grounded properly.
