Seasonal Allergies Have Many Symptoms

Seasonal allergies often cause a stuffy or runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion. They can also trigger itchy eyes and a scratchy throat. These symptoms can occur in the morning and get better throughout the day. Many people feel better after exercise. Additional symptoms that can occur include headaches, fatigue, stomach problems (such as diarrhea), and itchy skin. Sometimes seasonal allergies can cause serious symptoms, such as asthma flares, pneumonia, and other breathing problems.
