Guys, are there any payment managers? I’m having problems with my website, and I don’t always know where my money is going.

Are you sure you need payment managers for that? Maybe your website was hacked, and you don’t even know?

Well, it’s better for you to check your website and make sure that there are no fraudsters. I don’t think that payment managers can help you a lot but you can contact covery, it’s a fraud prevention platform that can help you with that in case you’re actually dealing with fraudsters. So it’s better for you to get that checked, just in case.

I am confronted with such a concept as payment refunds and chargebacks. I just recently started an online business, can you tell me the difference in these terms and how to minimize losses?

Because in the near future I think I will face this problem and would like to know how to solve it. Because private businesses often encounter this problem.

A chargeback is initiated by the customer itself, meaning by the buyer of your goods who contacts their bank directly on this. While a refund is when you reach out with your client directly regarding returning the funds back. I would suggest reading this article about refunds and chargebacks https://chargebackhit.com/blog/what-is-a-chargeback/ it should definitely help you like it helped me a few months ago.

Hi, and I recently had a question. What alternative payment methods can I use on my site and how do I connect them? So that it would work stably and without any failures.

Which payment provider would you advise to choose? I read somewhere that not all payment providers provide alternative payment methods.

Payment providers are usually used for any large b2b business, the same as for small businesses. Considering that many users will use alternative payment methods https://solidgate.com/apms/ here is everything about them. The primary payment method is bank transfers, I’m talking about all types of businesses when they use online banking for purchases, the second and also one of the common options is electronic wallets.

Think of a company you can trust. They probably have an in-house bank. That’s white label banking where your money is safe, and they are the ones responsible for sending you statements, among the other things you expect from a bank.
