I originally signed up with Roadie after it delivered a Best Buy order in Warner Robins Ga. I should have know better because my item wasn’t delivered same day, it came next day. After I left Georgia I had some free time and decided to sign up as a driver, first gig was for a Home Depot not to far from my home, I was sitting in the parking when the response came back offer declined” a more qualified driver ” so another Home Depot delivery popped up this time within 5miles from my location I was sitting in the parking lot of Home Depot offer declined ” a more qualified driver “.
I tried to like this service, I really did. However, 6 (attempted) deliveries later I have actually received only 1 package. 1 was marked as delivered with the roadie taking a picture of the package in the back seat. The other 4 missing involved the roadie returning the package without any contact, and the one success was when the roadie contacted me. (To be clear, i live in a well marked sub division and no other delivery service has issues)
Customer service https://roadie.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html , while friendly, is at best useless. I call them in advance to make sure they give the roadie instructions and they say “we cant tell the roadie until they pick up the package”, so I call them when the roadie picks up the package and I get “the order is in process and we cant update it”.
