I need help, I work as a junior IT specialist, here our financial department instructed us to implement a cloud solution for data processing, I started to panic, I understand that this is not a standard IT project and we simply cannot do what they want from us !!!! How can I correctly explain to the management that we need a company from the outside in which we will be assistants, since we know all the internal processes, I am afraid that we will be fired simply in disgrace?

You need to explain that managing the entire process of integrating a DWH solution with enterprise-wide resources is tedious and time-consuming. The knowledge gap of your IT team, along with an unclear vision of the future project, is a key factor hindering the successful implementation of DWH’s future. You need to outline your strategy and tactics, assemble a team of stakeholders who express the same level of interest in your project, will use DWH in their day-to-day operations and are committed to its success, and be sure to contact the experts https://blog.dataart.com/data-warehouse-concepts-and-tools-do-s-and-don-ts-while-building-your-solution which should define the necessary strategy and tactics based on the goals of the corporate business.

As a junior IT specialist you probably have a lot of work to do. You need to fix the computer problems, solve your problem emails, and much more. This means you have to spend a lot of unpaid time on the computer doing repetitive tasks. And you can visit resumesplanet.com to get your college tasks completed on time. Sometimes you will have to do everything at the same time, which makes it difficult to keep up a fast and efficient pace. A good way to improve your productivity is by hiring somebody to help you.
