I received the sofa bed on June 19, 2022 and still haven’t enjoyed it. I received a broken item and the drivers drove off and didn’t let me inspect the sleeper because they knew it broke when it fell off the truck. They took the bed in for repairs when the workers who took it said the bed was rubbish and I hope I get a new one. They fixed it, they said, but a metal object broke off from the bed frame. It looks like it’s glued, not welded. they sent another person to replace the bed mechanism but that was also a setback as you can’t re-tighten the screws into the pressure plate. The so-called technician asked me how things were going and asked me to help him. he inserted the screws anyway and they fell out.
