I have zero complaints regarding the software but trying to raise a call back from Data Protection is impossible. They do not adhere to any call back promises plus it has a major impact on any business trying to resolve a time sensitive issue.

Well we received a call back and we went through all of the routine of suppling information and replying to emails. Only to then receive an email asking how they did as they were closing the case !!! Maybe if the case was completed I would be satisfied but to leave it 50% of the way through !!!
