Hi, I love cooking and I always try to surprise my friends and myself. I have a recipe for an unusual Ukrainian soup called hodgepodge not long ago on cook.me. Meat soup is a well-known Russian and Ukrainian soup with a sour taste of smoked meat. Solyanka can be meat, fish, and vegetable (mushroom), but then I cooked the meat one, it was very tasty and unusual.
