To manage signatures and disclaimers for my organisation, I utilise Sigsync Office 365 email signature service. All devices and email clients can use the web-based, centralised Sigsync service. It adds HTML signatures and makes sure that the branding and look are consistent across all devices. I especially enjoy the dashboard, from which you can update everyone’s signatures simultaneously and manage them all in one spot.

More than 150+ free signature templates, including disclaimer templates, are available in Sigsync’s gallery for on-the-go use. It works reasonably well, is affordable, and is simple to use.
