I can’t tell you about the construction, but I can give you some tips on repairing the floors. A year ago we bought an apartment in a new building, we had to redo a lot of things. We ordered a floor repair in this company https://woodenflooringexperts.co.uk/wood-floor-restoration-services/ . First came the employee assessed the scale of work, counted everything, gave advice, then made a contract and proceeded to repair. Did everything clearly as agreed and within the specified time.
